Buyer Beware!

Avoid this company and save your money! When I initially placed an order for a Men's Valet Stand, I received an email stating that my purchase is on back order. A couple of hours later I received another notice stating that my order was being shipped. Right away I suspected that they were sending me an item that was returned by another customer. When I received the package, I could see that it had been opened and resealed. HAYNEEDLE REMOVES NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

Crap

Do not buy anything from them!
Cheap made in China crap
The assembly is impossible as nothing fits together
Customer service is horrible
Safe your money

Horrible customer service!

I received 2 Highly damaged mirrored night stands. I was told by customer service that I should go to a store near by and purchase Bubble wrap and packing tape so I can securely pack the damaged pieces before shipping it back. Now I have to wait almost a month for a refund and they were just rude!

Too bad I can't give lower than 1 star

I ordered a 48" bookcase and waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive, the box was nearly destroyed by FedEx and there was extensive damage to several of the components. I called the "customer service" number SEVERAL times and was always sent to voicemail. I left messages asking to be contacted and was NEVER called back.
Do business with a reputable company and steer very clear of Hayneedle, all they want is you money and should you ever need service they are deaf.
I will NEVER purchase another product from this scam company and should you decide to just know that you have been warned.

Horrible experience all around

Horrible experience all around. Purchased a patio dining set. Just getting it delivered to our house was a challenge with the shipping company. They didn't coordinate shipping, just text you and say "we will be there in 15 min". Once I received it, the table was damaged (and cannot be repaired). Requested a new table top. They said no, you need to return the entire thing or take a discount. Trying to return for one entire month with the same shipping company. It has been a nightmare. They never show for pick up, lie that they are about to show, tell me they will show the next day, hang up on me when I am trying to reschedule a pick up. One shining area, customer support via email is friendly, but hasn't helped.

Poor Quality and Horrible Shipping

They never show for pick up, lie that they are about to show, tell us they will show the next day, hang up on you when you are trying to reschedule a pick up. I have had to result to disputing the charges now. One shining area, customer support via email is friendly, but hasn't helped.

I wish 0 stars was an option.

Bought a patio set over 2 months ago, still haven't received it. They blame the shipping company. They used NSD which has a worse rating than them. Will not ever do business with again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Picture showed,not what you get.

I ordered a Raven sculpture. The website shows a Black Raven as it should be. I received a sandy brown sculpture. This is unacceptable to sell stuff different then the item in the picture. Never again will I by anything from Hayneedle.

Terrible 1st order experience. Never Again

I tried to buy a $2000 outdoor dining table set and they cancelled my order because the billing and shipping were different. Seriously this is 2022 - fire your fraud team for being so incompetent. This was my first and now my last order I will ever place with you. I hope you go out of business. Truly terrible business practices.

I received an email saying I had placed an order with Hayneedle.Inc and that it would be processed through PayPal. There is no information on what was ordered, no shipping address they are sending it to, this sounds like a scam to me-what is going on?

My mom just got a similar email - guessing that it is a scam - shes going to contact paypal
